System Refresh – Reviews

Enhancements:

  1. Added a concept for Reviews. Help documentation updated here.

  2. Slight remodeling of the case home page. The window is now tabbed – the second tab being for adding reviews to the case.

  3. Added the Review pane in the home window. This navigates the user to a screen that displays all open reviews within the account.

Changes:

  1. Set the menu pane to start in collapsed mode – meaning it is parked to the left side of the screen. This was done because most users are working with low resolution displays and generally park the menu unless it is needed.

Build 68.10
