Build 69.2

1. As discussed in the post for Build 69, we have resolved the error when fetching documents (case attachments and supplemental forms). This issue was caused by a change in the underlying platform related to the case (upper/lower) of the connection path. I had nothing to do with it. But it should be resolved. Please report any instance where a document cannot be fetched.

2. The Full Background Report will now generate but along with the new platform, the Contact Checklist Report is now exhibiting a fatal error. This will take some troubleshooting and possibly another platform update. In the meantime, it is excluded from the Full Background Report and when run from the Reports menu, will just present a notice of its non-availability.

3. Note that I am working on the ability to insert HTML text into narrative and executive summary templates. It's easy to do and should come soon. A bit more difficult is to add it to custom questions because there are so many items. I intend to first add it to the California questions because they natively have some bold/underline markup.
