System Refresh

Enhancements:

1. Several underlying 3rd party components were updated. These components offer access to improved development features. More importantly, the technology stack no longer includes the JBoss server. All system performance issues in the past year can be traced to the JBoss server performance and its departure will bring greater overall system stability and less system interruptions. Along with this come changes in the way some items are presented or other behaviors, especially in the presentation of documents and reports. We would like to be advised if you become aware of any behaviors that cause issues for you.

2. The above changes also include a fix by our primary vendor that makes the Full Background Investigation Report render in about 30 seconds compared to the previous time which ran about 30 minutes. This is a huge performance issue on an important feature.
