Enhancements:

  1. IP Addresses are captured for all references and applied to questionnaires.

  2. Added new candidate status type of “Permanent Disqualification”.

  3. Added ability for investigators to add neighbors.

  4. Added graph for Investigator Average Close Days which displays a bar graph of days for each investigator indicating the average number of days to close a case over the previous 6 months. Located on left menu under Reports and Graphs.

  5. Added a graph for Investigator Closure Ratio Over Previous 90-Day Period which displays a bar graph of the ratio of cases opened vs. closed over the previous 90-day period. Located on left menu under Reports and Graphs.

Defects Resolved:

  1. Access log for Neighbors not logging correctly.

  2. Made changes to PHS submission process to improve its integrity.
