Enhancements:

1. For explanations of drug use, the candidate must now provide the latest estimated date, the substance referred to, and the amount in question.

2. In the motor vehicle section, two questions were added. When answered Yes, the form displays the section for adding each incident:
   

3. Have you received any traffic citations in the last seven years?

4. Have you been involved in any traffic accidents in the last seven years? (this question actually already existed)
