New Features:
Added ability to turn off all Narratives for customers who do not use them.
Added ability to provide account-specific instructions for submission of transcripts.
Both features are available from the System Setup menu on the Logo and Settings tab, which is now the second tab.

In the modern PHS, we now capture fields that are in the Classic PHS but were overlooked in the Modern. For continuity reasons, their values are copied to the Classic PHS for certain data summaries in
