Build 47.7

Improvements:

  1. All login screens and questionnaires for all types of references were updated. No questions were altered. This was done for several reasons including to enable viewing of multiple consent forms and better screen and form navigation. We also modified the mobile versions of these screens and forms to be compliant with more types/sizes of devices.
