New Features:

1. Added ability to customize the instructions preceding the addition of employment history. Instructions to the candidate can contain instructions such as the time period to be considered such as 10 years, all time, etc.

2. When printing a questionnaire from another agency to which the applicant had applied, the printout now includes the name of the responding agency.

Database Changes:

1. Add column EmploymentInstructions to the Organization table.
