The process for exporting case summaries, a report under the Reports menu, was modified internally to require fewer resources. At this time, the headers in the resulting export file can only export the data column labels rather than custom labels that may be more intuitive. We’ll work on that but are dependent on the development platform to improve.
Modified the email for inviting candidates to make it easier to log in. The default password was simplified to letters and numbers only, and we provide a direct link to login without entering credentials. This was done since the vast majority of support requests involve login difficulties for candidates. Other users, such as references, are already using these techniques.
The Google Maps tab on various reference entities has been removed until we resolve the issue with the Google Maps API key.
