Enhancements:

  1. On the search perspective, when searching on candidates, added a column to display the Access Through date.

  2. When extending a candidate, it now creates a journal entry.

  3. When creating an Interview item, added Telephone Screening to the available choices. Also provided ability to type anything you like up to 40 characters.

  4. When adding an attachment to a case, the Applicability drop list now includes Polygraph. Note that users can also type any value here up to 60 characters.

  5. Added new PHS question to Other Topics investigative area: Do you have any tattoos?

Defect Resolutions:

  1. Narrative templates for the Personal Investigative area did not appear in the Organizational Setup screen Narratives tab, so there was no way to delete one if needed.

  2. There were conflicting instructions on the candidate’s welcome screen.

  3. It was difficult to delete a supplemental form from the candidate’s package.

Application Changes: Added the ability to select/deselect specific exams. Make these selections in your account settings. They all default to "Yes". Once deselected, the deselected exams do not appear

Changes: Under the Search/Find menu for the Investigator perspective, added a second Recruitment search that only displays open cases.

Changes: When completing a review, any selection other than Approved or Disapproved was disallowed due to a legacy business rule, which was removed.
