Changes:

  1. For all exam results, added the option for Exam Not Given.

  2. Added a new question in the Employment section: EJR-17: Have you ever been the subject of an internal investigation at any place of employment?

  3. On the window for adding a personal reference, modified the instructional language to instruct the candidate to provide all information regardless of whether it is marked as required.

Database Changes:

  1. For the PHS table, modified two columns: (1) Exam_Physical_Results and (2) Exam Written Results; modified both from 6 characters to 24 characters.

  2. For the PHS Table, added a column labeled EJR_17, text (3).
