Features:

  1. On the Review tab of the case, we added the ability to resend the notification to the assigned reviewer. Kind of a reminder.

  2. On the case, we added a date field called Final Disposition. This accommodates a customer's request to support an internal process. Most users may want to disregard it.

  3. Introducing the POBITS Data Analyzer. The Data Analyzer is a preconfigured Excel workbook with several pivot tables and charts to analyze your case data. This knowledgebase article described how to use it. Using the POBITS Data Analyzer (zoho.com)

Database Updates:

  1. Added a column to the PHS table called FinalDisposition, a date data type.
