Fixes:

  1. A problem was resolved wherein the review complete notification reported the incorrect investigator as completing the review.

  2. When an ampersand symbol is used in a text field it could make it impossible to open the record in the user interface. Specifically, the address field for employers when the street address is entered as 5th & Main Streets. Now, when the record is saved, ampersands are converted to the word "and".

  3. Users with Viewer access can now modify their login name, which has to be universally unique in the system.
