Minor improvements/fixes

  1. On the dashboard of the case window, the progress bar was not correctly calculating the progress because of changes made some time ago and not considered in the calculation. So, this was resolved.

  2. While doing the above, we also created program logic so that if any investigative area is not included in the case, its Complete checkbox is marked affirmative and the checkbox control is disabled until the investigative area is turned back on. This helps keep the whole progress calculation on track.
