  1. Added language to the candidate invite email to steer them to a specific help topic for login issues.

  2. Increased the number of characters for the Executive Summary template from 5,000 to 32,000.

  3. On the Personal History Questionnaire, Motor Vehicle Operation section, above the Citations list, we added the Yes/No statement “I have received one or more citations during this period. These details were added to the PHS printed form and the validation was added to verify a response to this item.

  4. There was previously no trigger for setting the case stage to “In Progress”. Triggers have now been added that when any references are invited, the case stage will be set to “In Progress”.

  5. The investigator’s copy of the invite message to other law enforcement agencies did not have the user’s password redacted.

  6. The function for converting names to the proper case was not correctly handling suffixes such as II or III.

  7. Added an Invite button to the top of the form for other agencies to which the candidate has applied. This is in addition to the inline action item on the preceding list.
