Build 39.5

Updates and Fixes:

1. Build 39.4 was a testing build.

2. A problem was experienced when editing the form of most types of references where the system was asking for a password. It was actually asking to fill in the password for the reference, which was an errant behavior. This seemed to be caused by the fact that we had added the password field to the form even though it was only visible by the system administrator. We made some changes to make this stop but since we can’t replicate the issue, we are not 100% confident of the resolution. Please continue to report this issue if you encounter it.

3. After updating the system platform recently, we found that forms containing Yes/No radio button were often not formatting correctly with some Yes and No items stacking vertically rather than horizontally.

4. On all of the Concerns forms, the checkboxes for selecting the dimension were improperly formatted due to the platform update.

5. For candidates, a procedure was added to the Supplemental Forms page enabling the replacement of a blank form in case the provided blank form becomes lost or corrupted.
