Fixes and improvements:

  1. For some cases, the printed Personal History Statement was not printing full addresses. This turned out to be an issue in how the address contents were concatenated. Altering this to a new method provided in the platform resolved the issue.

  2. There was a misspelling on one of the validation dialogs presented to candidates when validating the PHS.
