1. On the motor vehicle operation section of the printed PHS, the question asking “Have you ever received a traffic citation” was replaced with the custom question each organization provides in their system settings.

2. The daily message sent to investigators had a fault in the query for counting and listing tasks and was presenting completed tasks when it should not.
