Adds and Improvements:

1. Added a date prompt to the signature section of the printed PHS.

2. When an investigator’s role is changed from Investigator to Manager, the settings for Record Access are now cleared. Formerly, they were not, so the list of investigators on the account settings still showed those values, which were meaningless but misleading.

3. Provided Viewers with the capability to change the Assigned Reviewer per customer request. I am not sure how that will work out.

4. Added an attribute to the Investigator called Case Reviewer. If an Investigator is in the role of Viewer and you want them available to perform reviewers, then this box must be checked.
