We have found that some users do not close their cases and only change the status of the candidate to exclude them from their view on the dashboard. For some users, more than 1,000 cases were appearing on their dashboard. For now, we have set the dashboard to only display cases where the case is open AND the associated candidate’s status is Active. We strongly recommend closing your cases at their conclusion in order to derive quality metrics on case durations and disposition.
