System Refresh

Enhancements:

1. Revised the visual perspective and processes for all references to make it impossible (we believe) to complete a reference questionnaire without submitting it.

2. Reworded the question asking whether the candidate has ever attended a POST academy. It now reads: Have you ever attended a law enforcement training school or academy? If Yes, list each below

3. The question on the legal tab asking whether the candidate has ever been arrested has been reworded and reorganized.

Defect Resolution:

1. Other law enforcement agency questionnaires were presented  in read-only mode.

2. On the employment tab, questions 2, 4, and 5 were removed quite a while ago but for reasons of configuration management, we choose not to reallocated the question numbers. Instead, we have place language on the form indication that the questions have been depreciated.

3. Corrected a Typo on the Candidate financial tab.

4. Corrected two typos on the Drug Use tab.
