Enhancements:

  1. Modified window/tab naming to present the Candidate’s Last Name followed by the item for example, “CASE: Jones, Employer: Wal-Mart”.

  2. Modified the Investigator Aging report to include the number of cases closed in each time increment; also renamed menu items to “Investigator Aging and Closure Report”.

  3. Modified the footer on the printed PHS. It is, and always has been variable depending on whether the candidates has checked the signature and affirmation box. The footer now displays the affirmation, date, and IP address if the candidate has checked the box.

  4. Added two interview types, CVSA and Psychological. Note that users and enter any value into this field, the list items are just conveniences.

  5. Added the Group Name to the list of My Reviews displayed on the investigator’s dashboard screen.

  6. Modified the informational text on the candidate’s questionnaire regarding the age period for list prior addresses. Formerly, the text read “List all residences during the last 10 years or since the age of 15”. It was modified to read “List all residences during the last 10 years or since the age of 15, whichever is longer”.

  7. Added “Former Housemate” as a secondary reference relationship type. This is in response to a request to be able to invite roommates like other references. The larger issue is that a candidate may not have contact information for former roommates. By listing them in the former residence, it provides the investigator with the ability to probe for contact information and if contact can be made, the investigator can enter the roommate as a secondary reference and use standard processes.

The form for creating new supplemental forms had some excess items which were removed. When a new position is created, all organizational supplemental forms are attributed to it by default.
