We experienced two minor service disruptions this evening and we apologize for any inconvenience. Ultimately, we had to restart a system service or two and all was well. Anytime the system becomes unresponsive, we have three different alarm triggers to inform us of it. Naturally, we commit our time to restoring service as our top priority. During these events, we received a couple of emails asking about the status which we never saw until service was restored. Our goal is to keep service running at 100% but if we do suffer an interruption, you can be sure that we are doing everything we can to restore it, and we don’t need to be informed.
