Builds 47.1 through 47.3

Builds 47.1 and 47.2 were small bug fixes after Build 47.

Build 47.3 includes:

  1. Added the Rank column to the Preliminary Candidate window.

  2. Added some language at the top of the Candidate's Welcome screen regarding using POBITS on a phone. Previously, the system threw an error that did not explain much. Now it presents the screens, but most screens are not responsive to mobile devices. As always, we direct candidates to use at least a small tablet or larger device to access POBITS.
