As previously noted, we have been resolving an issue that caused the candidate invitation message to lack full login credentials. This only occurred when inviting two or more candidates from the Group window candidate list. Note that the result is easy for us to resolve once the candidate submits a support ticket. If you are advised of this issue by a candidate, simply re-inviting him or her or resetting their password from your dashboard will provide a good set of credentials. But even better, advise them to submit a support request to email@example.com. We are standing by to resolve any such issue immediately.
