Changes and Fixes:

  1. On the Investigator’s Dashboard, added a menu item for Reviews with options to display Reviews Assigned By Me and Reviews Assigned To Me, referring to the currently logged in investigator, and All Open Reviews. The Review item on the View/Find menu was removed in favor of this configuration.

  2. Some changes to forms for all reference types that only the system administrator will ever see or use.

  3. Some email notifications modified in an attempt to troubleshoot email delivery issues.
