Build 37.1

Updates and Improvements:

  1. PHS question OT-2 (Other Topics) was modified from “OT-2: Are you now, or have you ever been, a member or associate of a criminal enterprise, street gang, or any group that advocates violence against individuals because of their race, religion, political affiliation, ethnic affiliation, ethnic origin, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual preference, or disability?” to: OT-2: Are you now, or have you ever been, a member or associate of a criminal enterprise, street gang, or any group, to include Internet sourced that advocates violence and/or hatred against individuals because of their race, religion, political affiliation, ethnic affiliation, ethnic origin, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual preference, or disability?”

  2. Made it simpler for other law enforcement agencies to print their questionnaire when completing a questionnaire for another POBITS account.

  3. Made modest adjustments to the layout in the prior employment section of the printed PHS for employment history.

  4. Created a process that sends an email to each investigator that lists their open cases, their open reviews, and their open tasks. For now, I will fire this task off and request feedback before making it a nightly job on the server.

  5. When a manager views the account’s investigators from the Account Settings menu, you can now expand each row to reveal the investigator’s Open Cases, Open Reviews, and Open Tasks.

  6. Modified Preloaded Tasks so that a task that is set to AutoInitiate is initiated by “System’ vs. the logged-in investigator.
