Fixes:

1. Removed input masks from all phone numbers for references because the candidate may need to enter UNKNOWN or some other value incompatible with the mask.

2. On the printed PHS, the answer to the question regarding previous arrests and convictions was not present on the report.

3. In the printed PHS, the questions regarding training and certification were in a different order than the questionnaire.

4. On the printed PHS, in the residence section, the question RES-5: Have the police or any law enforcement agency ever been to your current or previous residence for any reason did not include the phrase “for any reason”.

5. On the printed PHS, in the drug use section, the question “DU-6: Do you have any friends or relatives who use any drugs described above?” was changed to “DU-6: Do you have any friends or relatives who use illegal drugs, narcotics, or other substances?”

6. The Task report did not properly adjust for lengthy text entries.

7. The grid on the investigator’s Employment tab did not include controls for saving the grid preferences or for printing/exporting.

8. On the Applications to Other Agencies section of the Contact Report, the value for investigator was displaying the wrong value.

9. The concerns report listed some investigation areas in an order different than the PHS.
