POBITS is a web-based system that you subscribe to. Nothing to install or maintain. Using POBITS, investigators add a few basic candidate details then "invite" the Candidate into POBITS to complete their entire Personal History Statement. Once complete, the Investigator is notified and begins the investigation. The investigator will then "invite" various references supplied by the Candidate to complete appropriate questionnaires. The Investigator compiles notes and narrative comments throughout the case file. When the investigation is complete, everything you need including comprehensive reports are at your fingertips. When several Investigators are processing several Candidates each, POBITS provides complete organization and control enabling Investigators to pick up cases at any point and enabling management to maintain a precision view of the investigation progress for all Candidates or any single Candidate. This is really a different way to perform and manage the background investigation process.
