Current POBITS Performance Issues

Dear customers,

I am sure you have noticed that certain POBITS functions have slowed terribly. In particular, the query that displays all contacts related to a case, but some others are affected as well. We have identified the issue and will be able to resolve it. But database issues are tricky and require care and expertise. So, I am reaching out to a consultant for that. I believe I know what to do, but In databases, there are things you don't want to do and I want to be sure not to do them.

I also have a hard-scheduled vacation next week and cannot get into this with it pending. So this is likely not to be resolved until I return. I appreciate your patience and you can be assured that this is a top priority.
