Build 43

Features and improvements:

1. Improved the logic for ensuring that uploaded documents do not include special characters. This has been a problem especially with the apostrophe character in the file name which results in the file failing to download. This is a problem with the Apache Tomcat server, apparently.

2. On the Motor Vehicle Operation tab, the question asking whether you have received a citation was not being validated in the validation process. The validation states: "On the Motor Vehicle tab, please answer whether or not you have received a traffic citation as described in the instructions." It is stated this way because the instruction can be modified by each account.

3. For all Review reports (queries), added the column Reviewer Comments as an available column. However, it is only available if the user adds it to the displayed columns and optionally saves the column view. This column is filterable based on the "contains" qualifier i.e., all columns containing the filter's value are filtered in.

4. On the Drug Use tab, in the Other Drug-Related Activities section, re-worded the question to say "Have you ever engaged in any of the activities listed below for drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances including marijuana, if it is/was illegal in your state at the time, OR have you ever been with someone as they engaged in them?
