Fixes and Improvements:

  1. The Form Name on Supplemental Forms is now required when adding a new item.

  2. Added some improvements for System Administrator use; this is strictly internal for our administration.

  3. For the email received when using the Forgot Password link, we added the login link to the message.

  4. We are releasing a new function to search and list relevant law enforcement agencies for the performance of records checks.
